Honest about limits

What it won't do.

It's approval-first: Mira drafts the CRM changes and the follow-up emails and shows you before anything is written to HubSpot or sent from Gmail. Let a trusted routine run on its own once you're comfortable.

It acts on the email you point it at — a thread, or your recent mail — or on a schedule you set. It isn't a background service silently watching your inbox unless you turn a routine on.

It works within each app's API and the access you grant: it maps your request to a real HubSpot or Gmail action, so it can't do what those apps don't expose, and it asks you when a contact-to-record match is ambiguous.

One HubSpot and one Gmail account per connection. Add another inbox or portal as a separate connection.

FAQ

Good to know.

What can Mira actually do in HubSpot?

It works through HubSpot's official API: create contacts, companies, deals, tickets and line items; log activity to a record's timeline; associate records; look up and batch-read by property; create custom properties, pipelines and stages; and run campaign and marketing-email actions — 100+ HubSpot actions in all. You ask in plain language and Mira picks the right one.

Does it change my CRM automatically, or do I approve first?

By default Mira drafts the record changes and the follow-up emails and shows you first — nothing is written to HubSpot or sent from Gmail until you approve. Once you trust a routine, like logging inbound email, you can let it run on its own.

How does it match an email to the right contact or deal?

It reads the thread you point it at (or your recent mail), pulls the sender, and looks them up in HubSpot to link the activity to that record — creating the contact or deal when it's genuinely new, and asking you when a match is ambiguous.

Is it safe to connect HubSpot and Gmail?

Yes. Both connect through official OAuth with least-privilege, revocable access — you grant it on the provider's own screen, vMira never sees your passwords, and you can disconnect any time.

What if I use Salesforce instead of HubSpot?

Salesforce connects in one click too, alongside 1,000+ other apps. Connect the CRM you already use — Mira works inside your real account either way.

Is it free to try?

Yes. Start free on this page. Paid plans add higher limits and recurring routines that keep your CRM current automatically.
