Usage Policy

This Usage Policy ("Policy") applies to everyone who uses vMira and the related products offered by VCorp (the "Service"). The Policy exists to keep the Service safe and to encourage responsible use.

We may update this Policy as technology and the associated risks evolve. Material changes are published on this page and take effect no earlier than 14 days after publication.

Violations can result in warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination of your account, and — where required — referral of information to the competent authorities.

We use automated detection and human review by our trust-and-safety team. Confirmed violations can lead to:

• a warning for first-time or minor violations;
• temporary restriction of specific features;
• suspension or permanent termination of the account;
• referral of information to competent authorities where required.

If you believe a restriction was applied in error, you may appeal by writing to support@vmira.ai. We respond within 14 days.

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this Policy, please report it to abuse@vmira.ai. We review every report.
