Terms of Service
These Terms (the "Terms") govern your use of the vMira service and related products (the "Service") provided by VCorp ("we", "us"). By using the Service you accept these Terms in full.
Please also review our Privacy Policy and Usage Policy.
1. Acceptance
By registering an account or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 14 years old, have read these Terms, and accept them. If you do not agree to any provision, you must stop using the Service.
We may modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. The Service
vMira is a conversational AI assistant with features for web search, file processing, reminders, calendar, and related tools. It is accessible via a web interface and an API.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for important decisions.
3. Account
At registration you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Report any suspected unauthorised access to support@vmira.ai.
4. Plans and Payment
Free plan. Provides limited access to the Service with daily caps.
Subscriptions (Pro / Max). Billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the paid period.
Usage-based (API). Charged against your balance as usage accrues. Topping up the balance is voluntary.
Refunds. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unused subscription time is not refunded when cancelled early, but access continues until the end of the paid period.
Price changes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. New pricing applies from the start of your next billing period.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
We do not use your conversations to train AI models without your explicit opt-in in Privacy settings.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for purposes that violate Russian Federation law, the rights of third parties, or our Usage Policy. See the Usage Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and trademarks (including "vMira"), is owned by VCorp and protected by intellectual-property law. Copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse-engineering parts of the Service without written permission is prohibited.
Content generated by the AI in response to your prompts may be used by you for any lawful purpose, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or the fitness of AI output for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VCorp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Service.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to your account for violations of these Terms or the Usage Policy, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.
You may delete your account at any time via your settings. After deletion, access ends; some data may be retained only to the extent required by law (tax reporting, abuse investigation).
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes arising from use of the Service are subject to resolution in the court of competent jurisdiction at VCorp's location, unless consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
