AI for Automators — Replace Your Zaps with Mira Workflow
If you spend your weeks wiring Zapier and Make scenarios, Mira Workflow is the AI-first canvas where every node thinks — visual, observable, priced by compute not by task.
Built for automators & no-code builders
No-code automators have lived inside Make.com, Zapier, and n8n for years because those products are the best visual interface on the trigger-action shape. Mira Workflow doesn't try to win on that shape — Make is mature there. It targets the second job automators get asked to do: "can you make this thing reason about input?" Classify support tickets. Draft responses. Decide whether to escalate. Score leads. Triage inbound payments. Mira Workflow is purpose-built for that work, with the same visual canvas you're used to.
What you get
Every node is an LLM with real tools
Not a pre-built action you pick from a list. You describe what you want — "reply with a polite refund refusal and a discount code" — and the node decides which tools to call. Web search, browser, document parsers, image and song generators, fetcher, HTTP, plus 1,042 Composio toolkits.
Field mapping by design-time chips
Hit { in any input and see every upstream field as a typed pill you click to insert. No JSON-path strings. After a run, actual previous-step values become suggestions in the next step's picker — fill in the real shape, not the schema guess.
Per-compute pricing on AI flows
Workflows that lean on LLMs cost what the LLMs cost, not 10× a per-task rate. Microdollar metering shown transparently in every run report. No surprise plan tier overages.
Idempotent webhook triggers
Every workflow gets a unique webhook URL. A repeat POST within 60 seconds with the same body hashes to the same run ID — flaky upstream callers can retry safely.
Full tool trace per run
Click any node's status pip and see every tool call: arguments, results, latency, microdollar cost. Hidden tool calls in agent systems are how trust evaporates; we made everything visible.
Branching on AI judgment
A classifier node returns one of your labels and the canvas draws an arrow per label. No separate if/else block — the model's judgment is the branch.
Pause and resume on ambiguity
If a step needs more info, the workflow pauses and pings the owner (Slack, email, in-vMira). Resume from the same point, no rerun cost.
Pre-installed templates
Three templates ship pre-installed: social drop (prompt → image + video + song + multi-platform copy + publish), inbound classifier (webhook-triggered intent triage), and content-research pipeline (web search + synthesis + draft).
Common workflows
Replace a Zapier zap with a Mira Workflow
- 1Open the Workflows tab in vMira chat.
- 2Start blank, drop a webhook trigger.
- 3Add an LLM node and describe what to do with the payload.
- 4Wire output to whichever Composio toolkit (Slack, Notion, Gmail) you'd target in Zapier.
Inbound support-ticket triage
- 1Webhook trigger receives the ticket payload.
- 2Classifier node returns one of: refund, technical, billing, sales, other.
- 3Each label routes to a downstream branch — refund branch drafts a response in your tone, billing branch enriches with customer LTV from Stripe, etc.
Schedule-driven content pipeline
- 1Hourly trigger (minimum cadence we support; sub-hourly is blocked by design).
- 2Web search node pulls the latest news in your niche.
- 3Synthesis node drafts three social posts.
- 4Output to your social-media toolkit of choice for review or auto-publish.
Frequently asked questions
Can Mira Workflow replace Make.com or Zapier for my team?+
For AI-heavy and reasoning-based flows — yes, with meaningful cost and observability advantages. For purely mechanical SaaS-to-SaaS plumbing with no AI step, Make's catalog is broader and its per-task pricing is tuned for that shape. Many teams run both side by side.
Is there a learning curve coming from Make?+
The canvas concept transfers cleanly. The mental shift is that nodes reason rather than executing fixed actions — you describe the goal instead of picking from a dropdown of pre-built actions. Most Make users get productive in an hour.
What's the minimum schedule cadence?+
Hourly. Sub-hourly cron flows in agentic systems have a runaway-cost failure mode we don't ship by design. Webhook triggers fire instantly when called, so for real-time event handling you use webhooks instead.
How do I migrate an existing Make.com scenario?+
No auto-import yet. The mental model is different enough that copy-pasting wouldn't help. A "describe your current Make scenario, Mira drafts an equivalent" feature is on the Q3 2026 roadmap. Today, rebuilding manually is the path.
What if my flow needs a specific integration?+
We support 1,042 toolkits via Composio (Gmail, Slack, Notion, Linear, GitHub, Stripe, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Discord, MS 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable, Webflow, Vercel, and many more) plus arbitrary HTTPS via the HTTP node. If your integration is niche enough that none of those work, Make's larger catalog may be the right call.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes — Mira Workflow is included on every vMira account, free plan included. Heavy usage scales with compute-metered pricing. See the pricing page for current rates.
